Victoria has obtained her Master degree in Pharma-Biotechnology at the University Of Applied Sciences Jena, Germany. She is currently employed at Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH, since she has also written her master thesis there in the field of microRNAs. Victoria has experience in cell culture, protein biochemistry, microbiology and molecular biology – especially in microRNAs.

She is secondeed to the laboratory of Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology and Microbiology of Prof. George Dedoussis in the Department of Dietetics and Nutritional Sciences at Harokopio University Of Athens. The duration of her secondment is 3 months. Victoria is involved into the clinical trial on the efficacy of Mastiha supplement in NAFLD/NASH patients and will measure microRNAs in different samples.
